32 terraced houses are being offered in the Englische Siedlung housing area, which was built in 1961.The houses are available for 3-person occupancy (mid-terrace houses) and for 3- or 4-person occupancy (end of terrace houses). The two-storied houses have 3 bedrooms which are equipped with a bed, desk and chair, closet, and may also include shelving and carpeting. The spacious communal kitchen is on the ground floor. The end of terrace houses have a guest toilet in addition to the full bathroom.
For the first occupancy, the houses are offered in addition to the waiting list for living space. For this purpose - also in the case of an individual application - use the form for group applications as a flat share for the residential complex.

Note
The BImA has provisionally rented the houses to the Studierendenwerk Paderborn until October, 2024.
Moving in on weekends and public holidays is not possible.

Mobility
The residential complex has an attractive connection to the traffic network of the Padersprinter. 58 takes you directly to the university within a few minutes. Lines 7, 8 and 28 are also directly connected.
The night bus connection is via lines N1 and N2.
The university, KatHO and FHDW can be reached by bike or car in less than 15 minutes.

With an existing key:
The fee will be charged to you by the dormitory administration separately.
When the key is lost:
If the key to the apartment is not present, then is the replacement of the cylinder required. The costs of repairing will be charged in real amount (ca. € 300 – € 400). The invoice must be paid to Studierendenwerk Paderborn.
The janitors and the security guards grant only an access to the residential units, if you can identify yourself by identity card, passport, driver's license or student ID.
