Wohn- und Gästepark Mersinweg

The Wohn- und Gästepark Mersinweg provides 128 studio and two room apartments as well as 43 housing units (1 - 3 room apartments). The Wohn- und Gästepark Mersinweg is an “Integratives Wohnen” housing project where students, families and senior citizens live together.

    The residence community Mersinweg is not only a residential community for students, but it is also a housing project that allows for students to live together with local residents of the city of Paderborn.

    The residential community has 4 buildings in close proximity to the university and the shopping center Südring. All apartments have a balcony.

The Wohn- und Gästepark Mersinweg is a residential community consisting of 4 buildings, in close proximity to the university and the large shopping center, Südring Center. Thanks to the excellent bus connections (bus lines 4, 9 and 58- as well as the Universitätslinie), you have good access to public transportation.

With an existing key:
The fee will be charged to you by the dormitory administration separately.
When the key is lost:
If the key to the apartment is not present, then is the replacement of the cylinder required. The costs of repairing will be charged in real amount (ca. € 300 – € 400). The invoice must be paid to Studierendenwerk Paderborn.

The caretakers and the security guards grant only an access to the residential units, if you can identify yourself by identity card, passport, driver's license or student ID.
