The residence community on Alois-Fuchs Weg, located close to campus (approx. 10 minutes on foot), has 239 accommodations for students. During the planning of the residence community, special attention was not only paid to the convenience and optimal location, but also energy efficiency.

Furnishing
Each of the 23 m² rooms is furnished with the student in mind. In addition to a bed, wardrobe, and book case, there is a work area with a desk, chair and internet connection, as well as telephone and satellite connection. A kitchenette and a full bathroom are also included.
With permission, the room can be furnished with your own furniture. The removal of the furniture of the basic equipment is not permitted.
Mobility
There are bicycle racks and parking spaces located directly at the entrances. Downtown can easily be reached by bus, bicycle, or on foot.
Study Space Alois-Fuchs-Weg
Your place for learning, online meetings or movie nights. The study room is located in the community building in the inner courtyard and is an extension of the offer of the Alois-Fuchs-Weg residential complex.

When the key is lost:
If the key to the apartment is not present, then is the replacement of the cylinder required. The costs of repairing will be charged in real amount (ca. € 300 – € 400). The invoice must be paid to Studierendenwerk Paderborn.
The caretakers and the security guards grant only an access to the residential units, if you can identify yourself by identity card, passport, driver's license or student ID.
