Housing options and prices
The Studierendenwerk Paderborn must comply with the guidelines of the German Studierendenwerk in that the costs of managing the residence halls must be covered. Therefore, the Studierendenwerk must at times raise the rent in order to adjust to changing utility costs.
The following prices are effective since 1st January 2023.
