Mixed-age groups
At the MS-Kunigunde, 102 children are cared for in 6 groups. Each group has 17 children from four months to the age of six.
By having mixed aged groups, children can not only learn from each other, but also learn how to relate to one another. Older children learn to be patient with the babies and younger children learn to be respectful to the older children, just like being in a family. Taking into account the different stages in development, individual preferences and talents, children are taught how to be independent. Intergroup projects offer many opportunities for optimal Support.
